Crossroads Montessori Academy is a family owned and operated private preschool.  Crossroads Montessori was opened to provide an alternative to the large chain and public preschools.  These preschools place as many students with one teacher as the law will allow in order to maximize profits.  Many place 18 children with one teacher.   

    At Crossroads Montessori we exceed the States’ Minimum Standards.  We have on average 18 children with two teachers. We are staffed with experienced professional teachers who love what they do. The school is set in two country cottages, at the corner of Fish Trap Road and Oak Grove Lane. The one acre lot has huge oak trees and is surrounded by open pastures.  This helps to create the optimal learning environment. Our small class sizes, intimate setting and blend of Montessori with traditional methods inspires the children to a high level of early development.
